The conference program contains a special poster session which will be held on Tuesday 26th between 6.30pm and 8 pm. Abstracts for theory or experimental posters should be submitted by the 13th of April 2020 and the confirmation of the abstract acceptance will be notified by the 20th of April.

Wine and cheese tasting will be offered during the poster session. Authors will be present and available for questions and explanations. The accepted posters will have to be printed before arriving to the conference. The maximum allowed size for the poster is A0.

Posters contributions will be included in the proceedings.

Prizes for the best LHCP2020 posters

Prizes funded by EPJC will be awarded to the best contributions during to the poster session.
