- The cocktail reception, with food and beverages, will be offered on Monday 25th May in the "Musée des Arts Forains", a private museum of funfair objects used in the performing arts during the 19th and 20th centuries. During the cocktail, participants will have the possibility to play with centenary attractions or ride old merry-go-rounds
- "Wine & Cheese" tasting will be offered on the late Tuesday 26th May during the poster session, in the covered patio just above the Conference Centre auditorium.
- An outreach social event for the general public will be held on Wednesday 27th May at Institut océanographique de Paris, a historical building downtown Paris.
- The conference banquet will be held on Friday 29th May in the "Parc floral de Paris", a public park and botanical garden located in the 12th arrondissement of Paris.
